Singing & Woodwind Lessons with Samantha Evans

I offer singing and woodwind lessons to pupils at Neston School from Year 3 upwards (Year 4 for Saxophone)

I pride myself in tailoring all my teaching to the needs of my students. I always focus on their individual interests and strengths.  I am an experienced music teacher, working across a range of primary schools in Wiltshire. I am also a fully qualified primary school teacher with 10 years’ experience, and studied music to degree level at Goldsmiths College, University of London. I am an Associate of Wiltshire Music Connect

Singing Lessons

Singing lessons are 20 minutes long on an individual basis. Focusing on breathing, supporting the voice and vocal technique as well as learning an eclectic repertoire of songs. I will be guided by your child as to what style of music they would like to sing, as well as introducing them to new genres.

Woodwind Lessons

I offer 20 minute individual lessons in Clarinet, Saxophone and Descant Recorder. Once your child has mastered putting the instrument together and producing a sound, we will quickly progress onto playing simple melodies and learning how to read and create music together, embracing a range of styles. If you need to hire an instrument, I can help you to do this from Wiltshire Music Connect.

My rate is £11.50 per 20 minute lesson and invoicing is done on a half termly basis. I will be teaching at Neston on a Monday afternoon.
